GPR Ventures is a privately held real estate investment firm based out of Northern California. The company was formed in 2011 by Phillip Rolla and Glen Yonekura to maximize their combined acquisition-to-disposition expertise by providing real estate investment opportunity for a select group of sophisticated investors. Dan Caputo Co. provides the property management for the assets of GPR Ventures.
