City View (rebranded as "Alta View") is a 45,800 square foot acquisition, purchased in December 2021. Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, the portfolio consists of six multi-family residential buildings.

Following acquisition, we remodeled and upgraded both the interiors and exterior of the property and implemented an on-site management team. Interior upgrades include: custom cabinets, quartz countertops, custom fixtures throughout, electronic keypad door entry, energy-efficient stainless steel appliances, new dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, microwave, refrigerator, and stove. Additional upgrades include a pet wash station, wood plank flooring, undermount farm-style sink, new landscaping, updated building exterior and paint, and new parking lot striping.
