1584 Moffett Street

This 3-building, 75,000 square foot office condominium project is located in the Salinas Airport Business Park. This property was comprised of two phases, Phase I and Phase II, built in 2006 and 2007, respectively. Combined, there are 11 units that were sold as industrial condos.  We currently manage the Association.

1584 Moffett Street represents Phase III (the final phase of construction) for the Moffett Street Commercial Center, one of Salinas' premier office and light industrial developments. The future development comprises 11 commercial condominiums.

Moffett has close proximity to US Highway 101 and the Salinas Municipal. The City of Salinas is located along Highway 101 at the North end of the Salinas Valley. The Monterey Peninsula is 15 miles away, Santa Cruz is 37 miles, and the South Bay Area is 40 miles.
