Ben Caputo

Ben Caputo was born and raised in San Jose. Upon graduating from Archbishop Mitty High School, he attended Oregon State University where he received a degree in Economics.

While at Oregon State, he was also a member of the University’s football team. Ben brings close to 25 years of commercial real estate expertise. Ben began his career working with Prologis,

a publicly traded, multi-billion-dollar Real Estate Investment Trust, where he was responsible for the marketing and leasing of a Two Million Square Foot portfolio in Fremont and Hayward.

After Prologis Ben had a successful career with Colliers International in Sacramento and CBRE in San Jose. During his 20 plus years as a broker Ben has completed over 600 transactions totaling close to 7 million Square Feet.
