Joshua Jokom

After graduating from San Jose State University with a degree in Economics and minor in Psychology, Joshua began his career as a Loan Disclosure Specialist at Fremont Bank, where he developed a strong foundation in financial compliance and regulatory documentation. He later transitioned into accounting, spending two years with Sierra Pacific Properties, specializing in real estate accounting. In this role, he gained hands-on experience in property financials, investment reporting, and building a deep understanding of the financial dynamics of the real estate industry. He joined DCCO in August 2024 to work with the accounting team.
