Phillip Rolla serves as the Executive Vice President of Dan Caputo Co. Phil is responsible for executing acquisitions and dispositions, arranging financing, and developing and implementing asset management strategies for all Dan Caputo Co. projects.
Phil also serves as Co-Founder and Managing Principal of GPR Ventures where he is responsible for the strategic direction of the company. Under his guidance and leadership, GPR Ventures has purchased more than $500 million in real estate totaling nearly 3 million square feet since 2011. The firm has built a reputation for providing highly engaged asset management solutions and services that create a premium tenant experience.
Prior to joining Dan Caputo Co. in 1999, Phil spearheaded acquisitions and asset management throughout the United States and Canada as Principal at ING Realty Partners. An active member of the community, he sits on numerous boards ranging from professional associations, non-profits, and youth sports. Phil played soccer at Claremont McKenna College where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Government. He studied abroad in London at the London School of Economics. In his spare, Phil enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
